Job summary

Responsibilities include dishwashing, trash removal, temperature monitoring, and following established procedures for safe chemical use. Work includes serving and delivering meals as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintains sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Follows HACCP procedures and SDS information for safe chemical use.
• Assists in light food preparation and serving as directed.
• Monitors and records temperatures per operation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and equipment per procedures.
• Collects and removes trash; adheres to recycling guidelines.
• Cleans floors and walls in designated areas per procedures.
• Cleans dishes and related service ware per procedures.
• Assists in serving food and beverages to residents.
• Delivers meals to residents' apartments when requested.
• Completes table settings with water, bread, and crackers before meals.
• Maintains inspection readiness and follows HACCP while working.
