Cone Health Medical Group in Greensboro, NC seeks a Utility Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas, ensuring safety regulations are followed. You will operate the dish machine, handle waste, and assist with food service to patients as needed.

Ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, and a commitment to safety and sanitation standards in a hospital setting.

Formación

• Dishwashing experience or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow safety standards and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Operates the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, and utensils.
• Keeps dish machine area clean and monitors temperatures and soap levels.
• Empties garbage and maintains rear loading dock and dumpster area.
• Follows procedures for storage of dry and perishable goods in dining.
• Uses appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to protect surfaces and staff.
• Operates and maintains equipment per specifications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
