Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and dining spaces. You will assist in meal service, help stock and rotate food, and support dining room organization in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety and sanitation procedures, and punctuality. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with prior sanitation or food service experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• One (1) year related experience and/or training in sanitation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Cleaning of dining room and kitchen dishes.
• Sanitation duties of recycling, boxes, trash, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist with stocking of food, food Rotation-FIFO.
• Follow sanitation procedures and policies, including hand washing and proper food storage.
