WE LOVE OUR WORK.

This position is responsible for general kitchen cleaning duties including cleaning and mopping kitchen floors, trash removal, and restocking all supplies/food in the assigned areas. Additionally, this position will transport clean service ware and allocate it in accordance with event orders to supply the function or restaurant.

Essential Functions

• Maintain the kitchens and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and fully operable condition
• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of china, glass, and silverware; empty trash; implement safety policies and procedures
• Report faulty equipment to management immediately
• Re-stock and replenish buffet areas
• Stock the kitchen and restaurant with supplies
• Break down boxes and other food and beverage supplies
• Maintain the buffet with the foods needed
• Comply with all health and safety standards
• Attend meetings as scheduled
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
