Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook with meal ingredient preparation and handling
• Sanitize all food prep areas to hygiene standards
• Wash and store cooking appliances and utensils
• Maintain clean kitchen floors and walls
• Unload and organize delivered food supplies
• Label and store food in proper coolers
• Assist with weekly deep clean of the area
• Remove trash and support other duties as assigned
