Essential Job Functions

• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on a conveyor to a dishwashing machine; operates dish machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays.
• Washes and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting boards.
