Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is hiring for a dishwashing role in our kitchen. The successful candidate will sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, and cookware, wash pots and pans, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

You will also sweep and mop floors and manage waste as part of daily duties. The position requires standing for long periods, knowledge of chemical safety, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to obtain any necessary licenses or certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be knowledgeable about proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces.
