LIME Fresh Mexican Grill in Orlando, FL is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to join our team. You will transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware, and help maintain clean work areas and restaurant equipment to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks, and take pride in quality work. This role supports line cooks and helps keep equipment, floors, and surfaces spotless to contribute to a friendly, productive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silver
• Segregate and remove trash and place it in the designated containers
• Sweep and mop floors; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools and supplies for the next shift
• Maintain temperature logs; keep walk-in cooler/freezer organized
• Help line cooks properly prep, store, and date food
