Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group in Baltimore is seeking an entry level Dishwasher to support smooth service through dish and equipment upkeep. You will perform basic cleaning duties, assist with light food prep, and help maintain sanitation across the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

The role requires reliability, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends. A valid ID is required; prior experience is not necessary, and benefits are offered for

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic cleaning tasks.
• Wash pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors.
• Break down kitchen for clean up.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Daily cleaning of all restaurant facilities; restrooms and storage areas.
• Transfers supplies and restaurant equipment from delivery trucks to storage areas.
• Ensures storage areas are clean and organized.
• Clean equipment using appropriate chemicals to maintain sanitary standards.
• May buff floors and clean trash cans.
