Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized and stored.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Keep floors clean and dry to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed.
• Restock clean dishes and supplies for service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
