Responsibilities

• Washing all required items in an expeditious manner.
• Placing all items in their appropriate locations once clean and dry.
• Breaking down and cleaning work area at the end of shift/close.
• Wiping down and sweeping other areas as needed.
• Pulling dirty/used items from all kitchens during high volume.
• Restocking clean items to all kitchens as needed.
• Sweeping and mopping of work area and others as needed.
• Emptying trash and cardboard to dumpsters at end of shift.
