J. Alexander's Restaurant is seeking a dishwasher to support a fast-paced, scratch kitchen focused on quality and presentation. The role emphasizes proper dish cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining a spotless station, with opportunities for growth within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper dish cleaning and maintaining a clean station.
• Follow sanitation protocols and keep workspace organized.
• Assist with opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively with team and management to support smooth kitchen operations.
