Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Dishwasher to assist in our kitchen operations across our senior living communities in Michigan. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitary handling.

Required experience is flexible; friendly demeanor, teamwork, and good communication are valued. The role emphasizes maintaining a positive atmosphere and supporting the culinary team while serving residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
