The role includes washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining clean workspaces, and assisting with light food preparation. You will also be responsible for keeping floors swept and mopped, cleaning around kitchen areas, and coordinating with teammates to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced club setting.

Responsibilities

• Taking garbage and trash to dumpster area
• Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
• Assembling, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine
• Cleaning and organizing dishes in kitchens for service and prep
• Keeping all floors swept and mopped when needed
• Cleaning around the Kitchen areas when needed
• Ability to work alone
• Ability to work with others
