Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of clean dishes by bussing tables and washing equipment.
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by restocking.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
• Unload and store deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Take out trash and rinse garbage cans.
• Report kitchen accidents or food-safety violations.
