Elevated Experiences in California is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain general kitchen and housekeeping duties and to provide backup for cooks as needed. The role involves cleaning dishes, pots, and surfaces, stocking supplies, and assisting the kitchen team.

The position requires a valid food handlers' card and the ability to follow instructions, read simple notes, and perform basic math for measurements. Computer familiarity with Digital Dining software is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and cleans debris off dishes, utensils and glasses.
• Loads and unloads dishes, utensils and glasses from dishwasher.
• Cleans large pots and pans and sinks as needed.
• Places clean glasses, dishes, utensils and pots in proper locations.
• Cleans kitchen surfaces, counters, walls, floors and ceilings.
• Removes garbage and grease from the kitchen area.
• Sweeps and mops the kitchen at shift end or as needed.
• Stocks supplies and maintains inventory.
• Reports maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Assists cooks with kitchen tasks when requested.
• Completes tasks assigned by Chef, Managers, Sous Chefs and Supervisors.
