Job summary

The Club at Las Campanas in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a dependable Part-time Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The role supports cooks by keeping dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas clean and organized.

You will operate a commercial dishwasher, restock service areas, follow hygiene procedures, and help with opening/closing duties. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience and a high school diploma are preferred. Wage is $17.50 to $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial dishwashing equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning procedures.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate kitchen equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and properly care for a commercial dishwashing machine.
• Wash and maintain dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Restock the cook's line and dining service areas with clean dishes, glasses, and silverware.
• Polish silverware and organize clean kitchen supplies.
• Empty and clean bus tubs and return them to designated areas.
• Remove trash and maintain clean garbage containers.
• Keep the loading dock and dumpster areas clean.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties.
• Clean equipment immediately after use.
• Help clean spills and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Support the Food & Beverage team as needed.
