Bayview is seeking a Food Services Waitstaff in Seattle, WA. The role supports a 7:30AM - 3:30PM schedule, reporting to the Executive Chef, and offers a $22.00 hourly rate plus DOE.

This position emphasizes clean, sanitary service and cross-training across dishwashing and related tasks in a senior living setting. The successful candidate will have strong English communication, knowledge of safe food handling, and an active WA Food Handler’s permit, with a patient, caring attitude toward

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with residents, staff and managers.
• Familiarity with safe food handling practices and regulations.
• Holds current State of Washington Food Handler’s permit.
• Demonstrates patience, a genuine caring attitude toward the elderly and disabled persons, flexibility, a positive outlook, the ability to focus on the strengths of other people, and a healthy sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and work areas. Cross-trained to cover all three areas and assist with other Food Service tasks.
