Job summary

Qualifications
- Prior food/beverage service experience preferred.
- Kitchen, hospital, or hotel stewarding experience preferred.
- Ability to perform duties in a kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
- Operate large dishwashing and sanitation machinery.
- Wash food prep surfaces, tables, walls, and equipment.
- Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies.
- Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house support as requested.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
