Job summary

Bally's Interactive seeks a Dishwasher to support kitchen and service teams in Kansas City. You will maintain a welcoming demeanor toward guests and staff, wash dishes, refill ice, and keep the work area clean while following safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Wash Dishesdaily.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Emptygarbage and mopfloors.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's and departmental management.

Competencies:

• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
