Job summary

IHOP is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain cleanliness and assist in dining room duties. Responsibilities include washing dishes, clearing tables, and following SOP standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires the ability to read and follow English instructions, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Training will be provided on IHOP SOP guidelines.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to understand oral instructions in English and read English well enough to read instructions from supervisors and safety labels.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables and dining areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, utensils, glassware, and silverware following SOP.
• Unload, rotate, and store food, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room.
• Check restrooms to ensure supplies and cleanliness are maintained.
