Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Kitchen Steward at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi. The role focuses on keeping dishes, glassware, and flatware clean and organized, supporting a fast-paced hotel-casino environment.

You will break down and sort wares, move equipment between outlets, manage waste, and help maintain hygienic kitchen areas while following health and safety standards. 18+ years old, team player, and basic kitchen knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Breakdown, load, unload, catch, and sort dishes, glassware and flatware as brought to the dish area.
• Transport equipment such as hot and cold box, speed rack, Queen Mary, and push cart between hallways and outlets.
• Separate and remove trash and place in designated containers; steam clean and hose out garbage can.
• Sweep and mop floors and wash floor mats.
• Wash baseboard, floor drain, hand sink, table and cutting board.
