Rosati’s Pizza - Cedar Park is hiring for a Kitchen Staff position. You’ll be involved in dough preparation, vegetable prepping, and general kitchen duties to keep pizzas moving and quality high.

Previous restaurant experience is welcome but not required; we will train you. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to hustle with the team are essential. This role offers a path for growth within the restaurant family.

Job Summary:

As a part of our Kitchen Staff, you’ll stay busy. Whether it’s making dough, prepping vegetables, or cleaning that spot behind the oven, we’ll rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you’re needed. To thrive in this job, previous experience working at restaurants is preferred, however not required. You must love great food, hustling to help your team out, and keeping pizzas flying out of the kitchen. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch or expand your restaurant career.

Responsibilities:

• You’re on the move. You’ll likely be on your feet your entire shift. You’ll be cleaning, stocking, and making dough just to name a few tasks. You must be able to lift 3-40 lbs throughout your shift


• Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. You’ll learn by doing


• Flexible hours that work with your life and growth opportunities for people who work hard to help the whole team succeed

Qualifications:

• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills


• Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations


• Capability to withstand warm temperatures and proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment


• Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility


• Follow directions and create respectable menu items


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
