You will work under the Kitchen Manager or Chef, maintaining hygiene, assisting with inventory, and following health regulations. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Competenze

• 6–12 months of professional kitchen or food service experience (healthcare or residential setting preferred).
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.

Position Summary:

The Kitchen Staff / Dishwasher is responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food service, and ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This role plays an important part in supporting the daily nutrition and well-being of our clients. Candidates must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while interacting with staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
