Job description

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking kitchen staff to join our team. Positions include Cooks and Prep Cooks who will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
  2. Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, etc.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas.
  4. Ensure food is stored properly and kept at safe temperatures.
  5. Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
  6. Assist other kitchen team members as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food handling procedures.
  5. Flexible availability (weekends and holidays may be required).
