Job description

Overview:

A Hooters Kitchen employee plays a vital role in the daily operations of every Hooters restaurant. The employee is responsible for consistently executing all kitchen systems and standards to deliver the highest quality food to guests. They must adhere to all recipe specifications, ensure safe food handling, maintain food quality, and present dishes attractively. The Kitchen employee demonstrates teamwork, maintains a positive attitude, and complies with uniform and grooming standards. Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with team members
  • Complete daily tasks and assigned projects
  • Set up and break down the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dish area and remove trash
  • Receive and rotate food supplies
  • Follow uniform and grooming standards
  • Continuously develop kitchen knowledge
  • Practice proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure food quality standards are met
  • Present food attractively and ensure picture-perfect presentation
  • Follow Hooters recipes and operating procedures
