Job summary

LifePath in Erving, MA is seeking a Sr. Assistant Manager for the HDM kitchen. This full-time position (30 hours/week) reports to the Kitchen Manager and Nutrition Program Director, overseeing kitchen operations and supervising staff and volunteers in Franklin County and the North Quabbin area.

Responsibilities

• Run and print daily reports from the consumer database.
• Review and update shared Excel sheets.
• Deliver meals as requested/needed.
• Finalize daily driver delivery sheets and meal orders.
• Schedule employees and volunteers in the absence of kitchen manager.
• Initiate phone trees when program is closed, in absence of the kitchen manager.
• Assist daily on home delivered meals packing line.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ERVING Meals on Wheel Kitchen Sr. Asst. Manager

The Senior Assistant Manager of the Home Delivered Meals (HDM) kitchen shall be responsible to the Kitchen Manager and/or the Nutrition Program Director for the overall operation of the kitchen and supervision of all staff and volunteers. This is a full-time (30 hr/wk) role based out of our Erving Kitchen, serving Franklin County and the North Quabbin area. QUALIFICATIONS:
