Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to assist in running daily restaurant operations at our Winston-Salem location.

You will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and support the management team during shifts while gaining hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites for guests. Ideal candidates have some high school education and experience in food service with basic food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts and supporting management.
• Food safety awareness and ability to follow local requirements (Food Handler cert).
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
