Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to support the manager with food preparation and meal records. You will help generate daily reports, maintain high quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices while assisting in various kitchen duties.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, ensuring proper food storage, and adhering to safety standards. This role may require physical duties and personal protective equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Ensure storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Follow established cleanliness procedures, including sweeping and warewashing.
