Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils to be cleaned and sanitized.
• Keep the dishwashing station and three compartment sink area clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Follow Aramark safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation.
