Job summary

Piedmont Cartersville is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen Aide to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, sanitize areas, and operate the automatic dish machine and three-compartment sink. You may assist with patient tray assembly and supporting station duties as needed.

Work will involve coordinating with team to uphold the Nutrition and Dining Program quality, with no prior experience required and GED preferred. Training provided in a hospital dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, and sanitizing areas, storage areas and the operation of the automatic dish machine and three compartment sink.
• Cleans and retrieves carts for the nursing units on a regular schedule; may support patient tray assembly and matting trays or working a station as needed.
