Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes clean and sanitized.
• Wash and sanitize pans in the sink.
• Keep kitchen floors clean and free of debris.
• Complete closing duties as directed by the Chef.
• Ensure proper storage of delivered food and ingredients.
• Maintain clean walk-in coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
• Take out trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Store foods properly to aid infection control.
• Clean equipment and work areas per schedule.
• Report equipment maintenance needs to a supervisor.
