Job summary

Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa is seeking a Sanitation Aide to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and food service areas in the hotel, including restaurants, banquet spaces, cafeterias, and employee dining areas.

You will operate dishwashing equipment, sanitation procedures, handle trash, and assist with setup, breaking down events, and coordinating with Culinary and Stewarding teams to keep a safe, sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and wash glasses, dishes, utensils per procedures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, floors, and equipment; dispose of trash properly.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, work surfaces, floors, sinks, drains, and storage areas as needed.
• Assist with banquet events and other food service functions, including plating, setup, and breakdown.
