Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience helpful but not necessary.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must watch Customer Service video annually.
• Must watch Sexual Harassment video every two years.

Responsibilities

• Assists the kitchen crew to maintain the highest quality and production of the operation.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, and other dishware used in Banquets and the restaurant according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Places clean dinnerware, glassware, silverware and pot/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Completes assigned prep work duties as directed.
• Communicates continually with all banquet and restaurant staff.
• Keeps kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors.
• Always keep sanitation solution up to code standards
• Removes all waste from kitchen and stairway.
• Performs all duties in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintains a teamwork attitude.
• Periodic cleaning projects
• Other duties as assigned.
