Job summary

Schillings is seeking a Kitchen Sales Assistant for the Saint John, IN location. The role is full-time with a focus on excellent customer service and efficient order processing.

You will support the sales team with quotes, orders, and deliveries, while upholding company policies and providing a positive customer experience. Candidates should have knowledge of kitchen fixtures, be proficient with Excel, Word, and Windows, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of kitchen/bath fixtures preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Communicate efficiently with direct salesperson.
• Assist with quotes, orders, and setting up deliveries through dispatch.
• Check and process orders for efficiency.
• Electronically file documents.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with managers to ensure tasks are completed and customer service remains high.
• Support the Sales team with related tasks as needed.
• Complete required training.
