Full Steam Staffing is seeking a Kitchen Production Supervisor in Irving, TX. This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, A & D, and merit pay. The role involves overseeing production in a large food distribution center, focusing on efficiency, safety, and quality control.

$47,000 - $50,000 annually

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Set up process lines and conduct morning roll calls
• Perform pre-operational inspections including ATP and allergenic swabbing
• Manage ingredient rotation and storage to ensure proper order
• Supervise raw material verification and batch record completion
• Coordinate salad ingredient supply and line changeovers
• Ensure salads are processed according to recipes and standards
• Verify weights and perform quality checks including metal detection
• Store finished goods within temperature standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Work in environments with controlled temperatures and limited headroom
• Stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed
