Job summary

Piper & Leaf Tea Co. is seeking a Kitchen Production Manager to lead our blending and manufacturing operations on the production floor. You will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with leadership to meet daily goals.

You will manage blending accuracy, equipment operation, and team development, driving continuous improvement and strong production discipline in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess and be willing to immediately complete the ServSafe Manager Certification.
• Familiarity with working in a food production, brewery, or agricultural environment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production floor with attention to detail and drive for execution.
• Oversee blending, QA checks, and waste reduction to ensure quality.
• Operate and coordinate teabagger/enveloper machinery and maintenance tasks.
• Coach and supervise production staff; develop training programs with leadership.
