Job summary

Chick-fil-A Hillsboro is seeking a Fresh Prep Team Member to contribute to high-quality salads, wraps, and other cold-prep items while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen, follow recipes and portioning guidelines, lift up to 50 lbs, and grow through leadership development opportunities and flexible scheduling. This role offers meal benefits and competitive pay within a positive work environment.

• Prepare salads, wraps, fruit cups, and other fresh menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow proper recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areas
• Practice safe food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients throughout the shift
• Stock and rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
• Support the kitchen team with additional prep and operational tasks as needed
