Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food preparation, maintain records, and support daily kitchen operations at the Lilly Kenosha location in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role emphasizes quality, sanitation, and adherence to safety practices.

You will prepare meals, help with daily reporting, manage storage and sanitation, and coordinate with the manager to ensure menu accuracy and timely service.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate required as applicable.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of working quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timed preparation of a variety of food items, beverages, and portions.
• Add garnishments to enhance customer satisfaction and eye appeal.
• Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Follow the uniform policy and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with the Manager daily to plan the day’s menu.
