Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to support daily meal preparation and records. You will assist the manager with meal planning, food safety, and sanitation to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will prepare meals, manage daily transaction reports, and ensure proper storage and handling of all foods. The role requires physical activity and adherence to uniform policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of working quickly and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timely preparation of a variety of food items and beverages.
• Add garnishments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
