C+A Global is seeking a Kitchen Prep Assistant in Edison, NJ to support daily kitchen operations and meal preparation for the staff. The role involves washing and cutting ingredients, setting up supplies, keeping work areas clean, and assisting with serving and register duties as needed.

Hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Set up and organize food and supplies for daily meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with serving and other kitchen needs as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Operate the register and process customer transactions as needed.
