Responsibilities

• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Coordinate and assist in cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation, storage, and handling.
• Connect with the Manager daily to prepare the menu for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
