Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Albuquerque, NM is looking for a Kitchen Prep team member to support the preparation and presentation of salad bar items, sides and desserts according to our recipes.

You will help manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, handle expiration tracking, and assist with opening or closing duties. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends and holidays; full-time employees receive medical, dental and vision insurance plus life and disability coverage.

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards.
• Proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
