Job summary

McDonald's Perry is seeking a Kitchen Prep Employee to assist in preparing ingredients and some baking for our menu items, ensuring every dish meets our gold standard of quality.

You will maintain a clean prep area, label and store ingredients, and restock supplies throughout shifts, while following all recipes and procedures. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are essential as you support peak meal times and support team success.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for menu items and some baking
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area that reflects health and safety of guests
• Label, date and store ingredients while adhering to health and safety standards
• Restocking ingredients and supplies throughout your shift
• Assist with food preparations during peak
• Follow all McDonald’s recipes and procedures for consistency and quality
• An outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow
