Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts per recipes in an efficient manner.
• Maintains high quality of inventory and fresh produce.
• Manages inventory levels including storage area and expiration dates.
• Ensures cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
