Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with health and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries, proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports suggestive selling; handles phones promptly.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures signs and pricing accuracy; reports hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
