Job summary

Fogo de Chão in King of Prussia, PA is hiring Kitchen Prep to support salad bar items, sides and desserts with efficiency and accuracy. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to present dishes according to recipes and uphold high standards.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work weekends and holidays. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and a voluntary

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards.
• Proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed.
