Chicken Salad Chick in Johnson City, TN is seeking a kitchen prep team member to help prepare chicken salads, sides, and other menu items, measure and portion ingredients, follow daily prep lists, and keep the kitchen organized. You’ll label, date, and store food correctly, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, and communicate what’s ready or running low to teammates.

This role builds hands-on food preparation, organization, and time-management skills while supporting the team.
