Responsibilities

• Monitors and empties trash on a regular basis.
• Assists chefs in kitchen projects.
• Cleans, stores and maintains pots and pans.
• Operates dish machine and maintains dish area.
• Weekly maintenance of fryers and hood vents; sweeps and mops floors for safety.
• Contributes to the effective team management of problems, issues and opportunities.
• Acts as a team player and supports other teams as appropriate.
