• Prep food products to support daily service needs
• Store food properly according to food safety protocols
• Prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform all station responsibilities according to Newk's standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence
• Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment
• Help protect brand standards by supporting operational/product cost awareness
